The APTIVE Service Pro (Tim) was great. Did a thorough job spraying. Sprayed inside house - wore face mask and also put on shoe protectors to prevent dragging in dirt. Very helpful - explained areas I questioned. Personable, courteous and friendly. Great job, Tim!
Representative Matthew W****** entered interior space of my property without proper invitation. Was reluctant to provide a business card for identification, but did so after being asked three (3) times. Incident occurred 5/14/2020 at 11:45am in Cuyahoga Falls OH 44221

Willie L, I agree with Stephen. Tech did not give name. I called Atlanta office and was answered in Salt Lake City, Utah. I was told they answer all calls. I told her they did not tell us they were finished. Lots of spider webs, were left on the house. They have to return but not on same day. The person that solicited us did not use a mask or practice social distancing. I moved back into the house when he got too close. I have called him 3 times and his phone is off.
