This review is for our technician, Alfonso R********, who came for a service to treat earwigs, spiders, and clean out our traps for mice and lizards. He was able to help advise us on plant issues we've been having, was super respectful and courteous. We are happy with the service he provided, and happy with Aptive as a pest control company. Chris did an excellent job. Very friendly and very helpful explaining each step he was taking to keep the insects out and off of my home.
Awful company. They go door to door - hard to chase them a way with a broom. They convinced me that they handle rats humanely and locked me into a contract. Rats, birds, and other critters have stumbled around our lawn to die over the period of 48 hours with our dog chomping at the bit to eat them. Came to the conclusion that what aptive is doing is not humane or safe for other creatures. My technician Ray asked me if i was having specific problems and where . When he was done with service he left comments to what was done . He was very informational .
I have had a terrible mice problem at my new residence. Having the Coronavirus situation hasn't helped matters in solving my problem. Fortunately after discussing my problem with Aptive several technicians have been to my home and we have captured 13 mice. I think the end is near. I appreciate Aptive understanding how upsetting the problem is and they have gotten someone to my home within 2 days of my calling about finding more mice.
