Aptive is one of the most aggressive, solicitors that I've ever seen. They do not take no for an answer, they are pushy and outright lie. I do not appreciate the way they run business, and would not recommend them purely from a principle perspective. I have no comment on their pest maintenance because they are not the type of company that I would like to do business with.
Chris C. came out to spray yard and house day after rep signed me up, so timing was great. He was very helpful as I explained not only about spraying outside for bugs, but I had mice inside (again). I'd already killed one, so he set several traps. Time will tell on getting them, but I am confident. Chris was very pleasant and knew what to do. I appreciate that.
Aptive came to our home yesterday and our pest control professional Lance M******* did an excellent job carrying out the plan and letting us know what was being done. He also wrote up a detailed report after completing the service so we knew everything that had been done and what had been used. The service was much better than the last company we used. Very satisfied.
Mike B****** took the time to explain what he was doing for treatment and was very professional and courteous.
This was my first appointment with Aptive and we found Casey to be very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to answer all of our questions before he started and was great to work with. We would recommend them!
Brandon serviced The Hackett house and Betty M*****'s house after ours. Betty was a referral from us and she was pleased how he took such an interest in her mice problem today. We were very happy with Brandon as well. He was very professional and took the time to explain the repeat service we asked for. Thank you Brandon for helping us both out! Betty does not have internet ans I am commenting on her behalf.
Cole did an excellent job. I had a contract with Terminix and I canceled it because they didn't take care of wasp and termites. Cole was very professional and explained very carefully all details of the service they offer. He also was very patient because I don't speak english very well.
Been using Aptive for over a year now and all the Techs have been great. This last time we were services by Andres B***************. He was very professional when he called to inform me he would be arriving. He asked if I had any other concerns and also had some suggestions for treatment. Keep up the great work.
