Listened, friendly and efficient . They came in with masks and stayed much longer than orkin!
James was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. He reminded me often that if there was any problem that I should call and the company would be out soon to fix the situation.
My technician was polite and courteous (as usual) and he took down a hornets nest for me! He also did a great job around the outside of the home...thank you!
Sales person did not wear PPE and did not practice social distancing. Asked multiple times for business card or company phone number in order to call them back without having to talk to them in person while they were not wearing a mask and instead they kept trying to push their services. This seems more like a scam than a legitimate business.
Our service tech was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. His name is will. He explained the product they use and was very informative.

I just have to say, if you are going to send representatives door to door to make a sale, at the very least have them wear a mask during a pandemic. That was inappropriate. Also 9PM is not an acceptable time to knock on a strangers door for a sales pitch! How rude.
Tech - Eric was prompt, personable, explained: what he was doing, what would happen at the regular quarterly, where there were problems treating, where he found problems while treating. Nice
