Be careful before considering this company for pest control. They send super nice sales representatives out to solicit business. They tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign. We were very thorough with our questions. We were told it was a one year contract. We explained that we were moving within a year and we were told it would be no problem, just call the main office and theyll take care of it. We had Yennifer A****** come to treat our property. She called prior to arriving to give us an estimated time of arrival. When she arrived she called again to let us know she was here. Shawn G******* was very helpful in explaining how to get the voles away from our pool. I had already spent about $60 on my own trying to get rid of them, and I am confident that Sean will have this taken care of and I feel relieved that he will be back in 30 days to check and see the progress of the work. The service of Aaptiv sounds like a good value to me since we had to pay another company to get rid of mice inside of our house last winter, and now we will get year-round help.

Aptive is a complete scam. Their products damaged our landscaping and they had the gall to require me to make final payment on services never rendered when I told them not to return for the final contracted service. When I spoke with a local, eco friendly pest company, they told me they get complaints regularly about Aptive and could do a better job spraying water on the property. Save your money and go elsewhere.
