Deceitful - Pushy sales people. I was a customer up until today. I found out that one of Aptive's sales people used my address to gain access into our gated community. The gate called me, and I let them in because I thought maybe I had a scheduled appointment that I had forgotten about. Not so. They proceeded to go door to door - soliciting services wearing NO mask or gloves during a pandemic, and upset a lot of my neighbors. Rep used extortion tactics to try and sell me by flashing a phony health inspector badge...threatened to "shut me down" when I told him we already had treated for bugs at my business. Filed police report for intimidation and extortion. Dekalb Co Ga case# 20-******
Jason M. did a nice job spraying around outside of house and deck. Got the tasks done in a reasonable amount of time.
The rep was very thorough. He asked questions about our concerns and addressed them right away. He made suggestions about how to control the problem further by removing leaves and such away from the house. He noticed changes made since last treatment (clipped bushes and trees away from house.) It is nice to get feedback on efforts made.
