Impressed with their communication and professionalism. The service pro Rex showed up in the expected window of time, asked about any areas I had concerns with, treated my home professionally, and took care to be mindful of pets while in the home.
Hawk did a great job! He arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He addressed all our concerns with appropriate explanations. He also followed all protocol concerning company policy with regard to the Covid-19 expectations. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant.
Osakuni was my service tech. I think he did a great job. Osakuni was very thorough through out the whole process. He also made suggestions to help keep my home as bug free as possible. I was very pleased.

Suspending inside service until tomorrow. Sales person 1 foot from door, not practicing social distancing, and we've already had a death in this house this year. Call company and there are 2 options. Takes 3 of the exact same selection to get to say operator. Operator turned me back to automated system. Guy named neighbors I've never heard of, lived here a decade. Pointed to houses saying a name of someone that supposedly moved in 3 years ago. No houses down that street meet that criteria. Let the community and Nextdoor know... read more
Jeffrey came quietly & did his job. Unfortunately, I didn't know he was here & didn't open the back gate. He left a card stating he did the front & side but, gate was locked. I called Aptive & told them I needed the back done. They sent someone the next day. EVERYONE, I've had contact with is Always polite & efficient. I think Jeffrey did all he could. He deserves the $5.00
Just experienced the initial service call from Aptive environmental. It was very professional and informative of what to expect from future service calls. The technician was professional in rendering the service and explaining details of the service agreement. I am greatly satisfied with the service so far.
My only complaint about Aptive is that the sales rep, Vincent who visited my home had no company identification, business card or handout material...only a polo shirt with the Aptive name on it. However, once I verified via the company website and spoke with his manager Josh, I signed up for service and am happy I did.
