We had ants show up after the last rain storm. Devin came out the next day and treated our issue. We have been very happy with the service for the last 3 years and highly recommend them for their responsiveness.
Philip W. was the tech who applied the bug spray around my house. He was very friendly and answered my questions. He did not mind that at a distance I was going with him around the house. I hope he will be the tech that applies my next application.
Our service rep Sam was very efficient and professional. He was very thorough in answering any questions we had. We had a very good experience and would highly recommend Aptive.

We had a technician out (phil) to spray for bees, wasp,ticks and so forth and he was very pleasant....explained what he was going to do and ask if we had any questions

My oh my. Stay away from this company who has excellent recruiting techniques but fail to serve their customers. Impossible to cancel subscriptions without wasting at least 40-50 minutes, calling begging, easier to charge back. I didn't expect much, but hey, if you're unhappy with something, you can always cancel it. But apparently it's not so easy with Aptive. So to sum up.
