Our quarterly service was today, as my family is near a year with Aptive service. Tammy, the service professional, explained today's service plan of using the power sprayer around the house perimeter, de-webbing, and wasp and yard inspection. Tammy was courteous, friendly, and helpful during her working visit. We also appreciated the reminder email of her visit, with the option of rescheduling, as we did from last Friday to today. Thanks!
On Monday 5/25 an Aptive representative used our address (at the time we were customers of Aptive) to gain access to our gated community. Access was granted thinking they were there to do a check up on our property or others in the community. The agent never came to our house. Later in the day we found out that agent was soliciting business door to door and not following current social standards (face mask, distancing), in a neighborhood that is clearly marked "no soliciting". Had a great service today from Aptive. Keeping our home pest free!!
Very disappointing. The salesman, Harris, “sold” us on his representations and guarantee that our carpenter bee problem would be taken care of. He even walked around the house, focusing on the wooden deck and underneath the wooden screened in porch. He walked us through the process of spraying to kill the bees, followed by the “dusting” process that prevents their return. And, I quote him, “the spraying kills the carpenter bees, but does not prevent them from coming back. The application of the dust does that.” He also went ... read more

Marvin arrived promptly at the time of my appointment. Due to the Coronavirus concerns, he checked in with me via phone and directed me to sign the necessary forms via the email he had just sent. Within minutes of getting my signed response form, Marvin went right to work spraying around the house and taking down the spider webs under my eaves. Sergio G****, technician did an excellent job in treating our property. He was very thorough and explained the treatments he was doing. He answered all my questions and followed up when he completed the treatment and explain issues I need to watch. Would definitely want him to come back.
I was impressed with the thoroughness of the service person, Brian H******, on the first application at our house today.
