I have been trying to reach aptive on the phone for a non show Appt at one of my properties they service and I can’t get no one on the phone for the last 3 hours just Stupid hold then when I press prompt for new customer it transfers me to a person I ask for help and they said they can’t help but will send message to local office which will respond in a business day this is unprofessional for a company this size I expected a lot more I am really considering looking for a new company today to start servicing my 4 properties

My service tech. was Tyrone F*******. He called me and told me he was here. I talked with him and he explained all that he was going to do. He was very nice and completed the work with no problems. Justin W******* was thorough and on time.... very impressed with work and professionalism. We've had service by other companies in the past and not very professional or there seemed to be a disconnect from sales to service. Not APTIVE ! ! !
Always makes good on return trip every quarter and if I have a problem they will respray if needed free of charge ????
Excellent service from this company. Kina provided our service today and did an amazing job and was very friendly.
Brandon T showed up at my door offering a great deal on a usually optional flea/tick treatment and a program for the "usual" suspects that was $23/quarter less than my regular company and offered more coverage. Taurean F. (service tech) was able to come out the same day. He was very thorough and knowledgable about the products. He made sure to tell me to keep my dogs away from the treated areas until they were dry. A big thank you, Taurean!
Kali was thorough, professional, helpful and friendly. She did a great job spraying and explaining the process.
