Tim P**** was knowledgeable, polite, and worked hard. He made certain to get every spot and discuss any concerns I had.
New customer. Called several times and long hold wait so Ieave voicemail or call backs. No returned calls and see more pest in my garage from my initial treatment. No assistance from the company. Highly disappointed and want to cancel but have a contract w you guys but you won't even return my calls! I was promised alot when I signed up begining of May! I will not be going forward w this company.
My Name is Kristy W and today Darrell J**** came to treat our house. He wore both shoe covers and a mask which put me at ease during this crazy pandemic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell this is not just a job for him and something he loves. This guy 100% deserves 5 stars!!! Thank you!
Sales guy stopped by without a face mask or other PPE, ignoring a clearly posted No Soliciting sign (which he admitted he acknowledged he saw and ignored as per company policy) to ring the doorbell. Clearly the company is not interested in their employee's safety or that of the community.
Although later than SCHEDULED, MY TECHNICIAn was friendly accommodating aNd did the job in minimal time. Great Aptive employee!
Had Aptive a year ago and then switched to a competitor. They have now been to our house this week three different times to try to get us back. Can’t fault them for trying, but three times in one week is almost harassment. Each time it has been the same dude too. Not sure what he’s really thinking but it should stop just like our service with them did months ago
Matthew H*** was my service pro for my initial service today, 5/28/2020. I was very impressed with him and his service. He knocked on the door then stood at a social distance to notify me he was there for the service. He explained what all he would be doing; reassured me that the product would still be effective even though it had just rained and could be reapplied free if I were to feel it had been ineffective.He also reassured me he would be knocking at the door to notify me that the application was complete. Sara was very friendly but she did not wear a mask when she was working in our house. We feel that all outside vendors should be equipped with masks during this time - it should not just be the homeowners that are being responsible. Also, it would have been nice if she would have had shoe coverings. I needed to clean the floors from shoe prints after she left. The spray application was fine - it’s just the other issues that we hope are addressed for customer safety and courtesy.
