Our rep,Michael J******, let me know he was arriving and would be performing the service, and also informed me once he was done. He took extra care on places I thought were problem areas and was courteous and professional his entire time treating our home.

We had an unsolicited knock on our door at 7:20 on a Friday night from an Aptive representative. We are in week 10 of work from home, just like everyone else. We have not allowed anyone from outside of our family in our home. We have no connection with Aptive. I opened my front door on a Friday evening and found an un-masked individual with whom I have no connection within four feet of my face, and he immediately started his sales pitch and reached to show me his tablet. Huge scam. Some young man named Nate was soliciting in my neighborhood which is not allowed. He approached me without a mask when I was getting out of my car. He wanted to take down my information which I refused to give him. He then asked me for a water since it was so hot out. This company obviously treats their employees awfully. I would never get service from such a crappy corporation.
