As a current customer I am ready to cancel my service. I have been trying for a week to get someone to come out. When I call the local number, I get transferred immediately to corporate office and get put on hold. After waiting for a long period of time I finally hang up. The only way I can get to talk to anyone is by saying I want a quote rather than saying I am a current customer.
