I am new to Aptive. However, I am impressed by the product and team. Greg M**** is my Aptive Manager. Greg is extremely personable, and knowledgeable. He presented himself and the company extremely well. Qusay Sarhan is my Aptive Technician. He arrived on time. He is very polite, thorough, efficient and accommodating. So far, I am extremely pleased with the Aptive Team and products/services.

Miles R****** came out and covered all the areas I mentioned we were having issues and more. Very efficient. Have had issues with ants this Spring but there follow up was done as promised every time we contacted them.
