Ryan was very friendly and answered all my questions. He even called me later and told me to call for a re-service before the monthly service cause I had so many spider webs.

Very worst customer service,since i had this people i always have hard time getting them on phone,They barley can fullfill the appt day/date.Been waiting on Manager to call me for 2 weeks now to complain but no call .I had appt today and its 3.38pm no one is here and i back on the phone with them on hold .

Technician: Martonyo ********* M******* wasn’t very punctual with his arrival time. He took the time to explain the procedures that he was to perform and educated me on the species of insects that we found in the yard. Martonyo is a excellent technician and an asset to the Aptive company.

Eric O****** was our serviceman. He came by knocked on the door and introduced himself. He let us know to keep our pet off the treated areas for an hour after the service window ended. He also asked if we had any problem spots that we may have noticed. He indicated that he would email the receipt once he was complete. He went around the exterior of the house clearing spider webs and then followed up with the spray treatment. Ted M
