This company sold our family pest control services. While they do come on the day and time they specify, they do not enter my backyard. I have specified several times that we do not have an outside pet, nor is the gate locked. We were told by the sales representative that the we could cancel anytime. On June 3, 2020, my wife was on hold for two hours after specifying that we wanted to cancel, then the phone call was disconnected. We received no call back. This is our first time ever to use a pest control company. Our service tech (Phillip N******) arrived promptly for the appointment and gave us a good run down on what to expect. He also answered our questions effectively. He took the time to listen to us about what we thought our problem areas are and how he planned to attack them.

We've been very happy with our sevice over the last year and a half. This week Mike W. serviced our yard & did a great job. We've been having a problem with slugs and he showed me specifically the granules he spread and how it would work to address our problems. I've always received prompt responses to my emails when I have questions or requests for service appointment changes.
