Our service was preformed by Jerry S***** today and he was great! He listened to all my concerns and was quick to take care of all of the bug issues we were having. He is a great technician. Highly recommend
Great job. Reviewed location prior to starting. Checked under house for activity. Sprayed exterior of house and two outbuildings. Placed bait boxes is discrete but active locations. Used social distancing.
I had a sales rep come by my house one day and signed me up for service. I signed up in case I wanted to change companies knowing I had a 3 day window to cancel. I sent an email to the email on the contract to cancel with no response. I sent a second email and still nothing. After that I called customer service and was told they would submit this to an account rep. A day goes by and still have not heard from anyone. The technician Jose was friendly and professional. Besides the yard, he also sprayed our garage and placed a mouse trap just in case.
