I live in Bethel Park, a suburb of Pittsburgh, not Philadelphia. I was very pleased with the technician, Rick W*****. He was courteous and respected our home; he was excellent. I do have a concern regarding Aptive’s policy which forbade Rick from using a ladder to get into our attic. When I called the company to request service, I told the person with whom I spoke that the problem was spiders in our attic crawl space so the technician would know what he was walking into.
