First time using Aptive. I signed up yesterday when a rep Jake came to my door. I usually turn solicitors away but this time I listened to him. Robert H******** came out today to spray for pests and get rid of cobwebs around our house. He did a fantastic job! I'm going with Aptive from now on. The rates are very good for quarterly service. Jordan B***** from Aptive Environmental came and sprayed our basement (and yard) after we have had 3+ months of fleas. Having tried absolutely everything (including making our cat stay outside) and been told by other people about what can’t be done, we were in complete disbelief that having someone new come in would fix anything. Kirk went the extra mile to determine where mice might be entering my home. He set out bait boxes and even a trap. He also paid particular attention to problem area that I pointed out. He was courteous and prompt.
Josh and Skylar came out and really got to work, they knew exactly what my house needed, which really shows a level of leadership within the company, they were both nice, fast, and efficient at their job.
