It took awhile to get someone out to our home, but Derick M******* did a great job when he came out. Very polite and explained everything. Ed S.

Vernill R****** did a great job at my home today. He explained in detail what he was going to do before he started. I appreciate he put shoe protectors on without me having to request it and he also put a mask on concerning Covid-19. (I have had to ask others to wear them on before entering my home). Vernill was very professional and respectful the entire time he serviced my home.

I was approached by a very polite young man on a Segway he was soliciting services for pest control on behalf of Aptive Environmental. I'm not certain if he was third party sales or not and the customer NO service (CNS) for Aptive wouldn't confirm or deny. At this time I was told there is no contract and I could cancel anytime. After the first service we saw several live spiders I called and offered to send photos they said no need and this was normal that they had basically run them out of hiding. Dewan L*** serviced my home with a professional demeanor and expediency. A person with an allergy I was concerned with inhaling fumes/odors. There were none! Also I have not seen any ants or insects crawling around since the treatment.
