Donnelle was awesome! He called me before he came to make sure we were ready for him. He thoroughly sprayed everywhere throughout my house so we can get back to our normal bug free living! :)

Toran H******* came today and performed our first service. He was very polite and explained everything he was going to accomplish. He was very thorough and helpful. We are excited to see the results of this and upcoming treatments and get rid of the ants for good!

The salesman had a great pitch, the price was right, but the service did not live up to the expectation. The technician was here for 10-15 minutes and only had complaints about his job. We were busy so we didn’t walk around with him and when he was done was very rushed to get us to sign off. After looking around I really don’t know what he did other than knock down 1 nest. They came out to my house without calling me without emailing me prior to my appointment the guy who sprayed my house should’ve called the owner of the house and because of them not contacting me they overdrew my bank account I do understand that I have one more quarter left on my contract but we are going through a crisis right now with COVID-19 and I don’t have a lot of money so I had to borrow the money so my bank account will be overdrawn that is not how you run a company you should always contact your customers first. I had great service from Melissa D***** and Blake they were very kind and courteous knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I needed answered I’m very pleased I would request them for my future treatments If at all possible
We had a salesman come to our door at 8:45 pm on 6-8-2020, which is totally unacceptable in every way possible. For some reason, he chose only our house and didn't go to our neighbors. I called the 844 number and spoke to Pam. She said that she understands we would be concerned so she told me she would put in an Urgent Message to our local office (Tampa) to give us a call. Our technician Julio C****** was great! Very respectful of our property and our pets. He explained everything he was going to do and then came back and went over what he did. Super professional.
