My technician was Tom P***** I had my quarterly service done on June 9th 2020 then I noticed alot of ants on my desk were we keep no FOOD when Tom asked me about the issue and where it was I told him than he saw the ants and saw the swarm of ants he put the gel down and he kept looking and found a bunch more did the same thing then he went through my house and sprayed again he went outside and found another bunch of ants on the house and sprayed for them to I would recommend ACTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL to my family and friends THAN... read more

The technician was polite, and presented himself well. Was onsite and off quickly. The technician made sure that I was satisfied and that all areas of concern were addressed.

First time hearing about aptive but decided to be a customer after they discussed their service in detail with such transparency. Just had the first service done and Tyrees was as friendly as the rest of the team. He explained the plan for the 1st service before starting And did so with such professionalism. I was very pleased with their service!

Technician was very professional and responsive. Told him for nearly $100 per visit, I thought their service was rather expensive. He said he would make his visit worthwhile and he was very through. I really feel his service was worth it. Technician was Rolando D**** and would like to have him again. Thanks, Greg B.
