Jason F***** was our technician today. He arrived promptly & eager to get the job done. He was thorough & meticulous about spraying the outside of the house for insects and also did a great job knocking down webs.

I've been using Aptive for some years now and they've eliminated my problems with bugs, especially ants and silverfish. The service personnel are responsive and assist me with specific issues from time to time.

Bad services The technician arrived home without calling or telling approximate time to reach It was raining, so he finished the garage and the basement. He told he would schedule outdoor service later because of the thunderstorm. He did not. Trying to call the customer service at their number, and NO ONE to pick up the phone.
The man arrived on time and gave a full discription of the service to be done. He, Robert H., did a thorough job and was most informative. I am happy with the service! I hope to see him again. Shelly N.
