We received excellent service from Jason C*****. He was friendly outgoing and did the entire service with a smile and providing helpful advice. There was an open area around a pipe on our deck that he saw where he felt wasps could go through and then possibly get into the house (we have gotten them coming inside before but didn't know from where. Hello, As requested from us to cancel our contract due to the fact that adaptive kept charging us and never did the service. we cancelled and signed up with another company. After several attempts of calling and emailing to get in contact with management, we have not yet heard back.
