Jay J. I naturally was a little nervous with my first treatment coming up but when I started talking to my technician Benjamin V. I felt better. He assured me that my dogs would be fine and after asking me some questions to make sure I knew what the contract stated, he started. He did a very thorough and professional job. The dogs are happy and the bugs are dead, could not ask for more. I highly recommend Aptive.

The service is fine and I have no issues with any of the technicians. However, after a year of service I decided to cancel service to go with a different company. I used their chat service and was told I would receive, I waited 2 weeks and was never contacted. I reached out a second time and again was not contacted. I called and was placed on hold for over 40 minutes. The website offers no email or way to reach out in writing to cancel your service. This company was doing a door to door in my neighborhood about 2 years ago and we signed up on a whim. We had severe bug issues in our basement and house. I was hoping they could just reduce the number, but the bugs eventually just went away entirely. We were so pleased we resigned up when we moved and they continue to impress.
