It was our first experience with this company but Tomas K****** showed up in fact early explained everything in detail, was very friendly but got right to work even went out of his way to try to spray our Guest House, which is a completed mess Tomas had to climb oiver things and move things just so he could spray around the Guest House(that's a real job in itself). He went out of his way he didn't have to do that but he did. Great first experience with this company.

Daniel C******* was very helpful during his visit. He explained to me the issue that was going on with the wasps that decided to keep spending the night over in my front porch. He explained the treatment and how it would deter the wasps from coming back.
This place is worst than Comcast in their customer service when it comes to attempting to cancel services. I have been run around for days via email, phone, and their chat function. You are always pushed off into another waiting queue, or told someone will call you back. Scummy practices that hope you will just let their service auto run every quarter. This is in specific reference to their Detroit branch.
Delana H***** was a very polite and great technician. She was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed her knowledge and want Aptive to know that they have a great employee working for their company. On the other hand, I do still see spiders and other bugs, even after the treatments, and Ive been with this company for over a year, but that has nothing to do with the technicians, it has to do with Aptive watering down their solutions too much. Technician Eric from Aptive Came for doing pesticide spray. He did a good job, knowledgeable, very friendly and went above and beyond and deserve a Bonus for a job well done. Earlier, Tawnya from Aptive introduced the company, explained how they perform in detail that helped me to try Aptive. I can recommend Aptive for Home Pesticide needs.

I have no issue with the technicians that come around. They are respectful and thourough. My issue is that we have been using them for about 2 years now and I really haven't noticed a difference from before we had them treating the exterior. The worst part is trying to reach customer service to cancel or make changes. I have now called 10 times and waited on hold for approximately 20 minutes each time and have yet to get through to someone.
