The door to door salesman promised several things that were never done by the people doing the service. When you call the local number it routes all calls to the corporate office in Utah. I was on hold on 4 different occasions for more than 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to customer service, they informed me I had to speak with an account manager in order to cancel my service. We hired Aptive Pest Control to help us with critters in our home. Robert B****** came over today and was respectful of our home and property. He answered all of my questions and did his job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
Clifton H***** and his team did a great job for us today. We had some special areas that needed attention, and they were taken care of in a very thorough manner. Also enjoyed the opportunity to converse (while he was working....didn't slack off on the job!)
When Nathan arrived at my door, we already had a Pest service for 3 years. He was so enthusiastic about explaining why Aptive was a better choice, I signed on the dotted lineI The 1st treatment was a few days later and Maia, the technician was prompt, friendly and provided a thorough surveillance of the house perimeter and treatment thereof, Fingers crossed the results will be evident!!

Nice job, very professional. Kyle ensured I knew what he would be doing and how he would be doing it. This was the first time I used Aptive Environmental for pest control. The entire process was smooth and easy and there was no pushy sales person trying get me to buy additional services. Excellent!
Only rated 5 Stars because it would not let me leave a review otherwise in which I gave them a 1 star...The San Antonio, TX Branch with Josh as manager, Brandon in customer service, and a service technician named George T******* lack customer service and most of all integrity. Their technician lied and stated he completed a service on 6/16/20 between 8am & 8:30am but never did and of course submitted a bill for payment.
