We are in a pandemic where masks are MANDATORY yet Aptive is sending people door to door to do sales. Person knocked twice LOUDLY making me think I really needed to come to the door. Her mask was around her chin and she wasn’t six feet from my door and wouldn’t leave wanting me to get closer to look at her pad. I had to close the door because she wasn’t responding to my words. How dare you endanger me and my neighbors!

Jeremiah was very professional, cordial, and friendly. I appreciated his attentiveness and listening to my concerns. I also appreciated very much him wearing a mask during the service time at my house. Great job !! keep up the good work!!. I also appreciated the support from the office during the sign-up process. Riley was friendly and knowledgeable, prompt and went above and beyond what I expected during my initial treatment. He sprayed around the perimeter of my home, in my garage as well as along sidewalks and in cracks in my driveway, got rid of webs and checked for wasps. He also put down a product in a few flower beds. When asked to do so, he also sprayed inside one of my kitchen cupboards that seems to develop a tiny bug problem. I look forward to not having to deal with bugs!
This was the first time i had the service. Kyle was courteous and professional. I appreciated his work and would highly recommend Kyle to any customer seeking Pest Control service. Daniel, who sold me the service, was knowledgeable about the process, professional and explained everything clearly. Thank you.
