Technician completely missed seeing the wasp nest with substantial wasp activity under my eve. When I called the company about it, I was on hold over a half hour!

Excellent service provided by Charles M*****. We walked around the exterior of the house, noting where potential issues could be. After the application, he made sure to make note and clear specific areas to watch, and pointed these out to me as well. He was courteous, conscientious, and knowledgeable and paid attention to details. Thank you Aptive!

Reshad performed our quarterly service this past week. He called me before entering our house to treat for ants. He was informed us that he would be wearing a mask and that we should keep a safe distance. We feel he did a great job under very unusual circumstances.
