This is my first time using Aptive and had the initial treatment performed by Mia. I felt she was conscientious, thorough and went above and beyond. She reviewed the paperwork first then walked around the property to assess what I wanted done. Regarding the service, she took her time to brush off the eaves, spread some granules, spray around the house and inside the basement. I think she did a great job being new, seemed to be well-trained on the procedures. Would have been nice to get more specific advice on the pest issues... read more
Aptive provides excellent quarterly services to carefully check my house and property for pests and to apply effective pesticides. I am impressed with the detailed report that I receive after every visit and with the easy payment process.
Stacey S***** was our Technician today for our first application. We discussed the four problem areas around our house and he gave them special attention.
