Timely, professional, well dressed. They communicated what they were going to do and appear to have done those things. Josh and Nathaniel did what appears to be a good job, guess we will know for sure in a couple of weeks. The salesperson, I feel misled me on a couple items (said they treated mosquitoes (they don’t) and some items were a bit screwy with the way the rates were setup), but this review isn’t about that experience. Horrible service!! Contract service that comes out quarterly and sprays around the house; however, the pest control does nothing! The spiders come back in multitudes as well as roaches as if they are feeding them! Also, just caught them billing me for service that was not completed. I have cameras all over the outside of my house and anytime they come I know! Today I was billed for service that was not completed. No one showed up! I checked on our local neighborhood Facebook page and another resident also had no one show up ... read more

Nicole came out to do our quarterly service. She called ahead and told us approximately when she would be here. She looked and removed 2 wasp nest and sprayed around the house for ants which are the 2 pests that we constantly have. She went right to work and did the job we expected. We haven't had ants in the house since we got this service last year. Thanks! Kristine H.

We signed up for Aptive for a short period of time. I had services provided on January of 2020 and after the last service I decided to cancel, on June 3rd I came across a debit transaction from Aptive. I called their office to inform them that services were canceled and why were they charging me, I informed that no technician provided services because I have cameras in the yard and the front of the home, the customer service representative noted the chart and informed me that someone from billing would be reaching out, days ... read more

I was very impressed when the Aptive tech (Toran H.) came out to spray, etc. for the first time. I had a couple of questions and he politely and professionally answered all of my questions and more. He was very good and took his time to apply the product. I was impressed by this tech. This is the first treatment, will see how it works. Victoria M.

Its a scam the sales person sells something and company does something . When I chose the service I told them I only need 1 service they said you can cancel any time. The service advisor told you can cancel anytime and no charge . Later they said they are gonna charge 300 dollar because of cancellation. Such a scam.. stay away. You can read all below reviews and this is what exactly they been doing.

The young man did a through job. Was very pleasant. We requested the same young man do all our follow up appts. This Aptive Environmental is out of Cleveland ,Ohio. If all of their employees are as nice and do as good as job as the one we had they have a great company.
