My pest spray service was not completed because the associate had a problem with his sprayer. I was not contacted for reschedule, and I've now called 3 times over the last 3 weeks attempting to get my money back.

I was recently visited today by one of the reps, whom rung my door bell. I told him I was not interested in any soliciting. He then asked if I was the home owner, I asked why was he asking? When would not provide the response, he made a comment that I would not qualify any way. Very racist comment, I plan to contact cooperation to further this complaint.

I would caution everyone against using Aptive! We used Aptive Pest Control and tried to cancel with them, but they would not let us. I believe we had been with them for over a year and had all the treatments (which actually did not work very well), and told them we did not need pest control and try to do everything organic. We canceled with them and politely asked them not to come back. The service rep who had been spraying that day said they would not come back and even called in to cancel our account in my presence. Your salesperson is going door to door in our neighborhood (one whose HOA provides pest control) ringing doorbells and beginning to speak immediately without a mask on. Our next door posters will ensure you don't get any business in our hood.

They are sending unmasked sales persons door to door during a pandemic. We have a mandate to wear them in public in our state.

If we could give ZERO STARS we would. These guys have been canvasing the neighborhood for months and they don't know how to take no for an answer and still knock on the door ignoring the no soliciting sign. Tried talking to them through the ring doorbell and they acted like they didn't hear it... Came back twice in one day. Not to mention they were not wearing a mask, so of course we were not going to open the door.
