Initial rep was not transparent about the service subscription. They did not fully disclose how the subscription works so in turn I will be out of more money than originally anticipated. I have been trying to call in my 3 day window to cancel but noone has answered or returned my call. I have been on hold over 30 times for longer than 15min and max of 30min with no answer. Their door to door people NEED TO WEAR a FACE MASK. There was someone trying to sell me pest control yesterday with out a mask. There are many seniors and immune compromised people at home because they are trying to keep themselves safe and then you have someone come to your door without a mask. If you look at Nextdoor in my area I am not the only person upset.
I was sold on a service for $49. When they arrived they were trying to charge me an additional $110. When I told Rob, their sales rep, that wasn’t what I agreed to and that I would like to cancel . He then told me to go straight to Hell! Definitely a bait and switch tactic. ??
I am very disappointed with this service. I paid the initial fee and they only sprayed outside and now I have a bunch of spiders inside my house. I was told I would be paying quarterly and that I could have them come back anytime I wanted. When I scheduled them to come back they said I will be charged because they charge to come back after 30 days and then quarterly. Well in my world quarterly means 4 times a year. This is a scam.
Alexander P******* came by today. He did a very thorough job, answered any of my questions, and was very friendly and personable.
This company is the WORST! No customer service at all! We call and call and it forces us to voicemail despite making us hold for 30 minutes first and nobody calls back! We've been trying to reach them for weeks! I am canceling my service agreement immediately! I've never had more bugs in my house as I have since Aptive took over our pest control!
I have called this company a total of 19 times in three weeks. They have scheduled three appointments and all have been no shows. They apologize ( their answering service) and then they say , there was an emergency with the technician, Or they might have had an emergency and they did not call back. I am now being told all calls to Farmington are being rerouted to Utah.
