This evening a sales rep came to my door not wearing a mask and with no attempt to social distance. This is unacceptable given the current situation with coronavirus and given the mandatory mask order in California. I would never do business with this company as a result.
Their Sacramento office is the worst. Do not use this company. I switch from a good company based upon what the sales rep said. Biggest mistake of my life. I am going back to my old pest control company after 1 service.
Worst customer service ever I have been trying to call them since early morning and now is almost 3 pm in the afternoon no body answering the phone and the automated voice run again and again they were suppose to come and do treatment at my property last week and I am trying to see why they dont show up but no body is answering I dont recommend this business to no body they are the worst
Been trying to reach Someone for 2 Days! No Luck...Appointment was for today and Nobody showed up...waiting All Day! Very Disappointed with Aptive...For Being So Expensive they Should be Better @ Their Job...& Customer Service!

Jacob C***** was the tech that come to our house on Saturday. He questioned what are needs were and did a through examination of our home exterior and property. He then explained what products were used and when our pet could go outside.
Our technician today was Derick. He is our 3rd technician to come by and he was by far the best. He was thorough, knowledable, and took his time to get the job done right. We want Derick to come back e wet time now!
Dan B arrived promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He treated hose and yard, and requested areas inside.
