For two days I have been trying to speak to a representative about my account and can't get through to anyone. I've left a call-back number and no response. This is insane and unacceptable!! As soon as I can speak to someone, I will cancel my account. Why should I give business to a company that has terrible customer relations and where, when you have a problem, cannot speak to anyone!!!!

Don’t sign a contract. Aptive is misleading and their product is no better than any other service. I was lied to about the contract.

I agreed to contract with Aptive ONLY if allowed to submit a check at the completion of service and not allow withdrawals from my checking account. This worked fine for the past year until the month of July. I gave a check to the gentleman after completing the service call. Today, while checking my checking account, there was a withdrawal for the same amount from my account. Had the service for a year. Fulfilled the entire contract. The service was average as we did have some minor pest issues even while they were treating our property. We decided to cancel the service, which was done on May, 7, 2020. On July 24, 2020, we received an email that said Aptive could discount our service to $99 per. We sent an email back saying NO. We happened to be out of town on July 24. On July 25, we received notification that Aptive charged our credit card for $99. Be very wary of signing anything with these peo... read more

I am very unimpressed with this company. The first two times they showed up they did not make it within the agreed time frame. Then when the tech sprayed inside my house he left PUDDLES of pesticides in high traffic areas. I have 4 small children and a cat so that is unacceptable. I have now had 3 techs and still have spider webs outside. The manager I talked to would not let me cancel my contract. She just keeps saying they will do a reservice. If I could give them zero stars I would. They assured me I could have weekend appointments (as we work during the week). Only once someone showed up on a weekend, and then begged me for a tip. After that they showed up unannounced during the week, and I was informed while at work that they were unable to spray inside my house. Even when I called to make sure they didn’t do that, and was assured the appointment was rescheduled for the weekend, they cancelled on me, and then again showed up randomly during the week.
