I can't speak to their pest service, but their sales tactics and contracts are shady. They go door to door to sell you on service, don't let you see the details, and have you sign a contract. The prices were fine, but they write in a $200-$250 clause around getting out of your service contract. And they only give you 3 days to tell them you changed your mind on the service contract. Horrible customer service, and no show on appointments. I wait the entire day for them to show up, never answer the phone and not calling back after leaving messages on their phone , I need to cancelled the service and get the money back, PLEASE DO NOT GET ON CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.1 star is to much for them , none will be more suitable.

I need to file a complaint about Aptive Environmental showing up to my home about pest control and when I approached the service person letting him know that I never agreed or signed up for the service, he is telling me with an attitude that I have to pay $200.00 because I broke contract. I never signed any contract for pest control, because I had seen that their fees were beyond my pocket. I need Aptive never to send anyone to my home about pest control. I have had the most horrible service since I signed my contract with aptive. I have been calling for 2 weeks to have a reservice, with over a 25 minute wait on the phone for them to ask me to leave a message and have a return call. No one ever called me back. I then requested a reservice on the app and was told it was denied. I have seen more bugs in my house than I ever have and I just want to speak to someone to cancel my contract. This company is horrible. They schedule your services whenever is convenient for them and not the customer. They show up without any notice. They charge 90.00 to dust your outside of the house and sprinkle stuff that doesn't work. Forget even trying to get a hold of them to come and spray inside because the tech on call reschedules your window times to whatever is available for there schedule. My experience with this company has not been that great. On their first visit to my home they were supposed to spray my garage and they did not. I asked the gentleman that showed up to my home twice. On their next scheduled visit they were a no call no show. I placed a called into them the following day and left a voicemail around 2pm. Later that evening around 7:52pm I received a call from a gentleman that said he was 10 minutes away but if it gets dark he would have to leave. They are not allowed to work in the dark.
