They arrived at our door and convinced us to try the service for a very substantial discount. Without telling us, that actually locked us into a 12 month contract for them. We were not pleased with the service (missed many areas) and tried to cancel the service. As soon as they think you are going to cancel services they refuse to talk to you or return calls so you can’t cancel. Big rip off. I do not recommend! Service has been very poor!!
Terrible customer service! They serviced the house and did not resolve the problem, Called to request something on my next service and was on hold for more than 30 min. There is NO excuse for this kind of wait. Then once my call was answered the rep was rude and unconcerned with my complaints. I told her I wanted to speak to managment and she refused to let me speak with anyone. Then I told her I wanted to cancel my contract and she put me on hold AGAIN and never came back to the phone. Steven L******, Aptive's service pro, came to our house and was awesome. He made sure to wear a mask while talking to me. He also went through what he was going to do during the service call. He answered all my questions with confidence and made sure that I was comfortable with the answers. He then completed his job and was on his way making sure that I knew to call if there were any problems. Very professional service.
No customer service so don’t bother wasting your money
Pest problem got even worse since I've stated dealing with them. My house was services 3 times by this moment. Ant nests may just move a little after service or hide for couple days, yesterday I counted 18 ant nests after 3 times service. Before service there were just 2 roaches inside the house in 7 months, after they started ive already seen 17 in 2 months. They didn't even said sorry for overbilling. 30 minutes on hold trying to reach customer support and once hold is finished they just hang up.
Provider left the back yard gate open, and our recently acquired rescue dog got away.
Extremely difficult to get anyone to speak with on the phone. Called them twice in the past month to get interim service for ants and other bugs. Absolutely no results. There are more ants everywhere and is the worst pest control service I have ever had
WE have been a customer for 3 years. Always have received good service until August 1st. No one showed up for the scheduled appointment Aptive made via text. Try calling them and got the Utah call center after 15 min hold. They tell me that they will show up August 4th between 3 and 5. No one shows again, even though Aptive sent confirming text for the visit. Called the Utah call center again, and we will see if they come tomorrow August 5th.
