This company was soliciting business in a codo assoc and was told 2 consecutive days to leave. There are NO SOLICITING signs at our entrances but they ignored them. They also told reisdents that the Condo Association had given them permission to be on the property, which of course was incorrect.
We have used Aptive for over a year. We have had no ant or mice problems since they have been coming out every quarter. Thanks to Carl S****** for taking care of our bee problem today.
They seem to not work. Sugar ants have shown up and aren't going away after multiple re-visits. Their communication is ok, at best, and there's no way to cancel your enrollment. I've been on hold for a couple days now.

In four visits I have not seen a reduction in visible webs and insects. The initial visit was not done at a quality level. I had to wait over 20 minutes on hold only to be asked to leave a message...of which I did not receive a call back. Subsequently, I called and spoke with an agent...after an extended wait time...who seemed pleasant and apologetic. I would not recommend Aptive. I feel they are very over priced. They do not show up when they confirm a day. They are supposed to remove spider webs and nests from over hangs/windows etc; however they do a very poor job with that too. A couple service people literally spent mire time sitting in my driveway than they did spraying my home. Just a bad poorly run business- I am glad to finally be done with my contract with them. Definitely recommend consumers to look elsewhere.
Tried calling and sit on hold for-EVER! Don’t use.
Got the initial (start up) service done yesterday. Service was done by Joe C*******. He serviced the outside perimeter by spraying multiple areas including under the deck spaces. He removed wasp nests using telescopic brushes. He then serviced each room on each level inside the home. He set up mouse traps in the basement and attic. A thorough job.
