Local Aptive salesperson has, on multiple occasions, ignored mine and my neighbors' 'No Soliciting' signs. Said salesperson also continues to try and aggressively sell to us even after being asked to leave the property. Aptiv claims this is not in line with their business practices, but do some research online and you'll find far too many similar complaints for this to be a coincidence. I will never do business with a company that doesn't respect my privacy and would encourage everyone else to do the same.

SCAM!!! Ask about being able to cancel if you are not satisfied. I was never told about a cancellation fee. I was not even given a contract until I texted the solicitor about it. Once received by email, it stated for me to view and sign. I never signed. After poor results from the initial treatment that I paid for on the spot, I decided to cancel and forego any more treatments. So, within 3 weeks, even though I had not had any other treatments, they were claiming that I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee. This is exac... read more

Did not complete the job as stated, The tech, Brandon did not spray the eves, nor did he spray the second story as quoted, He just sprayed the primeter, I still have the Bees, not a good way to start on their first job at my house, I am not a satified customer, would like them back out to finish the job, or I will cancel this service, and stop payment.

I tried this Aptive company for a year and twice they never showed for services. I was charged regardless...customer service was rude and unhelpful. Canceled TWICE now with them because they were automatically charging my account after I canceled their horrible unreliable service the first time. Dishonest company...I will spread the word.

There servie has progressively gone downhill. I have been a customer now for over 5 years. Now, I am waiting for a retreatment - which was scheduled today between 10:30-12:30 my time. I called in at 12:40 when no one showed up. I waited on hold 15 minutes and was told by the agent she would reach out the service tech on his ETA. An hour later and still no call, I called in yet again, was on hold 20 minutes and selected the option to be called back next agent.. never happened. This company deserves 0 stars. They tell one lie after the other. The very first treatment they said they did n But they never showed up. Come to find out they said they went to someone’s other home. They ended up coming to do the job at our house. We should have learned our lesson but we did not. They were supposed to call us for the 2nd treatment because we wanted to make sure they showed up.
