The Aptive sales representative who visited the neighborhood today violated multiple residents, the city ordinances, and neglected to honor several No Soliciting notices. First, Aptive is not licensed to solicit in the city of Fort Collins, CO. The sales representative Evan, intentionally ignored the "no soliciting" sign on the door (several doors). I've been a customer for over a year. Their service has been only OK. Upon sign up they told us they would always contact us by email and/or text prior to servicing to ensure the time/day is convenient for us. They did this the first two times, but since then they have been inconsistent in informing us. During the last two services we told the technician about some concerns we had with ants in the laundry room and kitchen. Both times the tech seemed put out that we asked him to address these issues. I scheduled a re service because the service the first time didn’t get rid of our ants and spiders. I scheduled the service call for a vacation day I took off work for the morning. I then received a call later in the evening at 6 pm stating they were at my house to spray. This was completely out of the scheduled time. Now when I try calling to reschedule and make a complaint I am on hold forever and when I select to receive a call back instead of holding when I get the phone call they hang up after one ring. Very Poor Service. Did not show up as scheduled and did not respond to my phone call to my inquiry on the No Show of service. Never had problems with them before until summer of 2020. Customer service line as long ques and sometimes just takes messages with a promised response. No response. I recommend to look elsewhere in the Seattle area for pest control contractor.

Their product hasn't been helping during the summer. We have ants, spiders, wasps, and centipedes, among others. They have a guarantee, so I tried to set an additional treatment. I received an email that a tech would be here August 3, 4, or 5. No one showed up. I have tried reaching them again with no response and the app, which they said is preferred method of contact, doesn't work.
