Terrible customer service, flaky quality of work. They are not responding to phone calls or emails, turned up out of the blue last week, usually get a notification but technician arrived as we were leaving, said to call the office to reschedule, did, phone plays a looped message 3 times (takes about 7 min a loop) then invites you to leave a message. Absolutely terrible customer service!! Waited on line for 20 min (twice) and left messages and “never” received a reply! Finally called the home office in Provo only to be insulted by the rep - asked for a Mgr to call me which never happened (surprise surprise) Shame on you!! Gary C 8/12/20
Not the first time the reps have come knocking on my door even though I live in a NO SOLICITING neighborhood and have a sign directly next to my doorbell. Every time they acknowledge seeing the sign and they still knock. Completely disrespectful to ignore the sign and proceed to bother us with services we don’t need or want.
Worst experience ever with this company. I left work for an appointment from 3 to 5 pm and they never showed up. In three months they were not able to solve my ants problem. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
Worst company ever! They offer service then dont come through. For weeks ive been trying to reach customer service and left several messages and no response. After they came out my pest control issues became worse! Do NOT use this company! They do not work.
Lance, our technician, has serviced our home many times for ants. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He listens carefully to what we say and uses everything available to him to help.
My technician, Michael L******, was friendly and extremely thorough! I would happily have him again.
When the sales person originally came the house, we were told we could cancel at anytime if we were dissatisfied with the treatment. The technician came to spray and was at the house for 5-7 minutes. We have had other pest control treatments so we decided to give this company a chance. We have had more pests than with any other pest control service, even a large spider at the front door a day after the service was provided.
