Came by on 2 separate occasions. Both times did not identify company he was with until I asked. Simply stated he was my “neighbor’s bug guy” & proceeds to drop their name. Each time gave me a different neighbor’s name. Was unable to provide a list of chemicals used. When asked for licensing information he offered his employee ID number. I cannot speak about their service because their sales tactics seemed questionable.
I had the worse experience from this company during covid period, they're actually stealing from their client using the excuse of the covid, which has got nothing to do with it. I will never advise anyone to go for their service. They were supposed to do the last pest control in my contract, and they never sent notification as they normally do, yes they came but never rang the bell or botgered to cbeck the house if somebody was there, and I received a message about review for their technician, I called them and they promised... read more
I needed inside pest control but was skeptical due to the pandemic. Vernill R reviewed some expectations for the visit with me. I decided to allow the inside service. I feel like Vernill did a thorough job because he moved at a steady pace. Thanks Nikki T.
Joe C******* just serviced my property and he was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Aptive Pest Control.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They claim to come out for respray, they don't show, they don't call. I've had 2 FULL DAYS wasted on waiting for services that were supposed to be rendered. And with their poor customer service they will be more than happy to cancel service for a $150 fee. This company is unprofessional and they lie about notifications that were sent.
Worst customer service experience of my life, more than one occasion. This company has zero clue what they are doing.
I Wish I never would’ve signed a contract with this company. You are always on hold for at least 20 minutes to get anything scheduled And sometimes nobody even answers and after you wait 20 minutes you have to leave a message and hopefully somebody will eventually call you back. I enrolled with this company in June 29. I believed in the sales person and the information he provided. “Great service, spray further out your house about 3 yards” “I enrolled your neighbors” and provided some names. The service did not go as expected, they did not spray outside as promised. I did some research within my neighborhood and my neighbors had not enrolled. FALSE ADVERTISING.
