Do not recommend, buyer beware! We had been customers of Orkin for 30+ years, when we received a door to door Aptive solicitation on July 20th, we were hesitant. Ryan B., the route manager came to our door, delivered a sales pitch full of fabrication and falsehood. Nothing that Ryan stated (recorded on doorbell camera) is accurate. I have asked adaptive countless times to stop trying to solicit their service at my door! I have asked to be taken off their list and they continually harass me by knocking at my door ever other week. Stop coming to my door!
Nicola F. – was very professional and polite. He called beforehand with ETA; He wear a mask and shoe coverings every time he entered the house for treatment. He placed some traps for indoors after listening to my concerns and made sure to answer all my questions with confidence. Very professional service. He did a great job!
Keaton R*** While providing a scheduled service , Keaton was professional and provided a great service in taking care of a bees nest in my backyard where I and my neighbor were stung in recent weeks.
Customer service is terrible. I have tried calling for two hours and keep defaulting to a busy signal.
Michael O******* completed a very thorough and efficient treatment of the yard and area around house and patio. Appreciated his explanations and thoughtfullness.
The New Berlin, Wisconsin branch is a scam. I am a current customer and they have ignored all of my calls and they keep hanging up on me, and wont answer any of my messages and are in breach of contract. I have been very polite. I don't know what else to do other than to leave a message on this website.
If I could give zero stars I would. Let's start of by saying the sales representative took my credit card information and ran up over $3000.00 dollars on it. I know it was him because I only use that card for active pest reoccurring charges. He was the only one that had all my credit card information to fraudulent use it. Second, when the technicians come out they didn't do as promised.
