Great service! Mike did a super job of knocking down the spider webs, spraying & explaining about different kinds of spiders. Since it was a rainy day, he put in a request for a re-service. Very knowledgeable, personable and he was careful to socially distance!

These people came to our door when we happened to be looking for pest control for our house and yard. I HATE people coming to my door and trying to sell me stuff, but thought, whatever I’ll give them a chance since we’re looking. After talking to the rep for a good 45 min and explaining that we had a large back yard we were quoted a rate and assured it was all fine, he didn’t need to see the back yard. I was harassed into signing a contract I did not want to sign, they did come service the 1st time, I called and requested a reservice the very next day, they had left wasps nest in very obvious spots, along with brown widow egg sacks, they were supposed to come at 4:30, I saw them pull up, by the time I made it out the door, they were already pulling away, They sent that same day, an email saying service had been completed, when in reality it had not been completed, bugs are worse that ever! Phillip N****** did an AMAZING job taking out a HUGE HORNET’s nest up in our tree. He was calm, professional, and friendly. He came back after a few hours to remove the hive and mission accomplished! I highly recommend Aptive and their superstar Phillip N******.

Been a customer for 2+years. Previously had good service but they have taken a drastic nose dive. Cannot be reached by phone or email. Have left numerous messages at numerous numbers and emailed. It's been two weeks and no reply. Just tried again and left on hold for 22 minutes when recording finally said can't hold any longer and made me leave a number. Had treatment 2 weeks ago and still have same number of ants. They are supposed to come back and retreat but if I can't reach them they won't come back. Beginning to think o... read more

Shawn R was very pleasant, professional, and did a through job! I would even tip him beyond the $5 bonus Aptive is paying him for me to leave this review I had the opportunity. I give him 5/5 stars and Aptive needs more pest control people like him! I have to leave a 1 star review however due to a shady salesman LYING about their service. The salesman sold me on the fact they treat for bugs 30 feet from the house. I feel like this is some sort of scam service. We wound up doing a 1 year contract and it expired in the spring. I tried calling multiple times to cancel ongoing service since it rolls into a month-to-month deal after the contract lapses. I had no interest in keeping the service since it was rather unimpressive and I never felt it made a difference when they visited our home. On July 16th, a young lady came to my door looking to sell me pest control services. I said I wasn't really interested but she was very persistent. I continued to be pressured to sign a contract and it came to the point where the cost was nominal (and I did have a minor ant problem) so I agreed to the contract. Later that same day a young man stopped by to apply various sprays and ant traps inside and outside the house. So far so good.
