Just don't do it; just don't. I'm regretting switching from my locally owned and operated pest control company since we made the change. They have a cute business model and I can picture the founders from Sandy already (I grew up there). Anyways, this is a private equity scripted business model. They focus on disrupting the market with cool marketing (the name) and having an aggressive sales and marketing team (which most locally owned pest companies can't do well). Solicitor came to front door and made a good presentation and prices were good. Agreed to a 1 year contract and ability to cancel before first treatment schedule for 5 days out. I get the email within a couple hours with my contract information. 2 years or there would be an early termination fee. Called customer service at HQ. Said we werent in the system yet but would have a rep call me back from the local branch within the next business day. I did not receive that call. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I'm kicking myself I ever fell for the door-to-door antics (especially considering they completely neglected my "No Soliciting" sign in the middle of a pandemic), but I hope this deters even one other person from doing the same. They suck you in with an immediate scheduling for your initial walkthrough and then literally never talk to you again. I had to reach out TO THEM after they never showed at the next scheduled time. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The salesman that came to our door lied about the services. We told him we had an issue with gnats and mosquitos, he continued to get us set up for service to have them taken care of. After almost 2 months of having the service we noticed NO difference AT ALL with any bugs around our home. I called customer service and they let me know their product doesn’t even take care of gnats OR mosquitos! We were lied to! They have yet to refund us or get us out of our agreement with them. ... read more

My husband was approached by an Aptive Representative yesterday offering a one time deal. He told my husband they will be in the neighborhood the following day for our neighbor Dorothy. So, my husband told him that he would speak to me, his wife, to see if we are interested. I just pulled in my driveway about a half hour ago and the same Representative approached me. They never answer their phone to schedule or reschedule appointments and never call you back. NEVER. Do not use this company, they have really gone downhill in the past few months.
