They promised they were so much better and responsive than the company we were using. Sounded great, but they did not follow through. We got our first treatment and they did not bring the rodent traps they had promised. They cancelled the second treatment and did not reply to our request to reschedule, then they showed up 4 weeks later. So far I am not impressed. Nathaniel provided my initial service today. He thoroughly explained what he would and did do. He was so courteous and friendly. I am very pleased. We will likely be life-long customers.
I had service performed by Gary A. in Macomb County, Michigan. The technician was on our property less than 30 minutes. While he marked "DE-WEBBING PERFORMED", we have many areas of spider webs that he did not clean. I also had called the day before to alert them about a wasp nest which I had to take care of today myself. Worse than the poor service was the poor customer service process. Horrible company! Nobody answers the phone, they send emails for same day service or send emails about service and nobody shows up. I was told that service was needed when I just had it done 2 days prior but the company had no record of it. Then they sent technicians 3 days in one week to perform a service that they insisted had to be done. Absolute scam company. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Obviously you should take every review with a grain of salt, but let me share my experience with everyone before you sign a contract with Aptive Environmental. First, our initial signed agreement was for one-year. They continued to send technicians to our house after our contract was over. It was nearly impossible to reach their Loyalty department who handles contracts. I called four times (on hold for over half-an-hour each), and was hung up on once.
