We signed up with Aptive Environmental this summer maybe 1 mo ago. I have an increase of insects especially spiders and repeatedly have tried to get to talk to someone. I was able to speak with a representative a couple of weeks ago, after a 25 min wait, only to be disconnected and no one called me back. This is a irresponsible way to do business. I would like to cancel this and still cannot talk to a soul without wasting my time on hold. No email address either. I would leave a 0 star rating if I could.
Unprofessional. They want you to sign up and pay immediately. They have solicited my neighborhood for months now on scooters going door to door. Will not leave a business card or any identification, claiming it is due to Covid. They have even knocked on my door at 9pm.
They continue to go door-to-door when this practice has been banned for the summer of 2020 in Minnesota. They have been warned/cited many times. The owner has been contacted and promised to stop, but they continue. These are not the practices of an "A" company.
Horrible customer service. This company has cancelled my scheduled appointments four times, twice without notification. I call at the end of the day asking about my appointment and was told oh, the Tech rescheduled your service. The sales guy told me this service was for both exterior & interior of the home and wasn't true. It is only for the exterior. Not sure what to do about the ants inside my home. Salesman wore no mask, collected my C/C info after offering a $69 discounted full inside/outside treatment to see if we like it and before letting me know that we have to sign on for 1 or 2 years at $500/yr to get the initial trial treatment. Tried to cancel initial visit after reading multiple recent horrific reviews and no answer, permahold. OK service, but if you try and cancel the service, good luck, I had to wait in the line for 45 minutes to cancel.
Cancelled service 7/18/20. Service Rep arrived today, 7/29/20, and had no idea service was cancelled. So unfortunate for him, such a nice guy, his time was wasted & extremely poor communication from main office. I called as a result and held for 29 minutes was told no one available to help me had to leave a message. The frustration level was out of control.
