They came to our House June 15 and explained their services. We said we were interested but not committing. They had my husband sign his name on their IPad and they told him it was just to book his name so he could meet the technician 2 days later and the technician would go over the plan in more detail. Then they took his debit card and said it was part of the booking process and not actually agreeing to anything. Lies! Terrible behavior and a terrible company. They’ve come around our neighborhood in Cincinnati multiple times without PPE, specifically a rep named “Dylan” and refused to leave after being told we and our neighbors are not interested multiple times. He gets way to close physically and is rude and laughs when you close the door on him. He’s made our elderly neighbors feel threatened and unsafe. We have contacted the company and they constantly give empty apologies. It’s time they are held accountable for this harassment.
Horrible service! They charge quarterly, but have not been to my house in 5 months. I attempted to contact them with no response. I ended up having to hire another company to do the work. Now they are holding me to a contract they did not uphold. Quarterly is every 3 months, not 5. This company dropped the ball and now I’m having to pay multiple bills. I have a no soliciting sign right under my door bell. But none the less twice in one week I had someone from aptive knock, and ring door bell. (one of the times they woke my napping grandson.) If this how they would treat a potential customer, I would be afraid of how they would treat me as a customer. In both cases I pointed the sign out to them, and they both continued into thier spill. I would NEVER use any company with such lack of respect for a customer.
I called and canceled this service before it even began. Felt like a scam with the door to door salesman. Glad I did. When you call you can't get through. Claims a high call volume at 10pm on Friday night. Anyway, I got through after 20 mins on hold right after he left. Told Melinda I wasn't comfortable with what I was pushed into. She said no problem I will cancel it. Well guess what...they showed up today and did a service i guess ( no one saw them).
