Terrible service and unprofessional. Salesman lied about services that would be provided.
We signed on with this company in 2018 and today 7/23/20), I cancelled our service. The service for this company has become unprofessional and quite frankly, AWFUL! The techs show up not knowing what needs to be done (even though we explain the issue in detail to a dispatcher over the phone), they don't have the right equipment, they don't fulfill follow-up promises to the customer. Dishonest! Text us that service is complete and it was never done. They never showed up yet sent a text service was complete. We caught them this time, wonder how many other times we have paid for services never done. DON'T use this company, seems like a real SCAM Operation! Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. They don't return calls or emails and phone hold times exceed 20 minutes

Twice this company has came to our Hunters Glenn house [***th Washington] without a mask. Soliciting in a neighborhood that has signs everywhere that read "No Soliciting". There are no excuses for this and very unprofessional. Dan

Whichever of your local offices in Michigan handles the downtown Northville area needs some immediate remedial training. Why does your company think it's acceptable and reasonable to have one of your sales guys come to my home, uninvited, and try to perform a sales cold call.....at 9:25pm?
Aptive has provided two service visits for me in the space of three months. Every person I have interacted with (the salesperson and all technicians) have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me. Both time the service technicians were here, they let me know what they were here to look at/address and asked if I had questions. All of my questions were addressed thoroughly and well. Someone rang my door bell around noon last week to solicit pest control and termite service. He referenced one of my neighbors who is using his service. He said he has the proper ID for soliciting business in the neighborhood. Since the neighbors are using his service and he’s already in the area, he could offer the service at a discount When I said I’m not going to do it now, he got upset and made me feel stupid for not taking advantage of his great offer.
