This company employees excessively aggressive sales contacts. I have repeatedly had a sales rep come to my home in the evening hours, as late as 8 pm soliciting. I have repeatedly told him that I already have a service that I’m satisfied with and don’t wish to change. Within a few days to a couple of weeks they return with the same solicitation. I have seen similar complaints throughout The Woodlands and nearby neighborhoods on social media.
Two Words - STAY AWAY! It's all about sales ... NO SERVICE! I have had such a terrible experience after just two weeks of signing up. They make big claims about freeing your home from listed pests and promise to give you unlimited free service if you continue to face pest issues...but the reality is once you sign up... they quite simply don't care. An incredibly rude salesperson named Jake showed up at my door to solicit my business. When I asked if he understood what the No Solicitations sign clearly posted on my door meant, he had the audacity to say "yes, but that sign isn't eliminating pests from your property is it". I would never use a company that employs people and methods of this nature.
Today was my first experience with Aptive and Joe C******* was my service tech. He arrived on time, did a walk around of the property with me and gave a thorough explanation of what treatments he was going to apply and where. I'm very happy with the service Joe provided today. Thank you.
Aptive showed up in my neighborhood and spoke of excellent service. I agreed cause we recently have been seeing an influx of ants. I signed up for service and that same day they did outside treatment. They could not do inaide service and said they would do it in 1st cycle in august. The very next day we saw alot of ants trying to get in house again. A gentlemen from this buisness walked into my neighborhood and claimed he was from this buisness and was soliciting in a no soliciting neighborhood. He acted like it was no big deal. Mind you I live in a quite neighborhood ,it's dinner time and I'm surrounded by elder people. Horrible customer service. Emails and texts are ignored and I can never get anyone on the phone. A technician showed up at my house randomly with no prior communication. I tried to contact someone about this issue but was ignored. Five days later I got an email saying service was scheduled for today. I emailed back and was told it would be cancelled. I have such mixed feelings about our experience with this company so far, it was difficult for me to choose the appropriate rating. The first representative that came out to service our home was one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. When Liam arrived he already had an attitude and seemed reluctant to be there.
